Temp to Hire
Pay: Up to $23 an hour
Location: Brea, CA 92821

Looking for someone that has experience working per IPC-7711-7721. And can perform rework under microscope.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned).

*Ability to follow work instructions and interpret mechanical and PCBA documentation written in English
*Assist with simple rework, hand soldering and minor troubleshooting
*Maintain necessary logs and records
*Ability to utilize hand held tools such as tweezers, soldering iron, hotplate, etc.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
*Verbal and written communication between co-workers, production line, SMT operators and other departments

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
*High School Diploma or equivalent
*Prior experience in assembly and soldering of thru-hole and SMT components is preferred

TECHNICAL SKILLS
*Must have strong attention to detail

Benefits Package:
*Quarterly bonus. Long as we hit our goals, an employee can receive 3% of their Quarterly earnings as a bonus.
*Annual performance and merit reviews at the end of each year. New rates are effective Jan 1 the next year.
*4% 401K match program. No vesting period. After being on payroll for 30 days, automatic enrollment at 4% with company match.
